1. How do I become an affiliate?
To become an affiliate, you simply need to sign up for our program via our affiliate portal. Once approved, you will gain access to your unique affiliate link, marketing materials, and tracking tools.
2. Is there a cost to join the affiliate program?
No, our affiliate program is completely free to join. There are no hidden fees or costs associated with becoming an affiliate.
3. How do I promote the products?
Once you’re accepted into the program, you can use your unique affiliate links and any marketing materials we provide (such as banners, ads, or product images) to promote our products on your website, social media channels, blog, or other platforms.
4. How much will I earn?
As an affiliate, you will earn a commission based on sales generated through your affiliate link. Commission rates vary depending on the product category. You will receive more information once accepted on the affiliate program
5. How much discount will my followers receive when using my link?
When your followers use your link to make a purchase on Ohora.mu, they will receive a 10% discount on their total sales value excluding taxes, shipping and other purchase costs.
6. How do I track my sales and commissions?
You will have access to a personalized dashboard where you can monitor your clicks, sales, and commissions in real time. This allows you to track how well your affiliate efforts are performing.
7. When will I receive my payments?
Payments are made on a monthly basis via bank transfer a week after the previous month sales. You will receive a detailed statement with each payment.
8. Are there any restrictions on how I promote products?
We expect all affiliates to adhere to ethical marketing practices. Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising, including but not limited to spamming, fake reviews, or misleading claims about our products.
9. Can I use paid ads to promote products?
Paid ads are allowed but must comply with our guidelines. You must ensure that you’re not bidding on our brand name or any variations of it in search ads, and all ads must clearly indicate that you are an affiliate.
10. How do I terminate my affiliate account?
If you wish to leave the affiliate program, you can terminate your account by emailing us on affiliates@ohora.mu .There are no penalties for leaving, but any commissions earned will be paid out in accordance with our standard payout schedule.
