Important Information:

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, please provide accurate delivery details, including your address and contact number, at the time of purchase. Maple & Honey Ltd (referred to as “Ohora.mu”) is not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided by the customer. Once an order is dispatched, Ohora.mu is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from customer errors or non-performance by delivery service providers.

Standard Delivery Details
Standard Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days via Express Mauritius Post. While Mauritius Post will attempt to deliver to your home, larger packages may require you to pick them up from your local post office. You may receive a card requesting you to collect your parcel.

Identification Requirement
You must present a valid identification document (National ID or Passport) upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, Mauritius Post will leave a card directing you to collect it from the nearest post office. Delivery charges are non-refundable if no one is present at the delivery address.

Express Delivery Details

1. Independent 3rd Party Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days. The driver will contact you prior to delivery. A valid identification document is required at the time of delivery. If no one is available, the driver will return the package to the warehouse, and you will need to reschedule for a new delivery slot at an additional charge. Charges will vary based on the chosen delivery option. Refunds are not provided for missed deliveries.

2. EMS Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 2 business days. The driver will contact you before delivery. A valid identification document is required. If no one is available, the driver will return the package to the warehouse, and you must arrange a second and final delivery attempt. Any delivery after those 2 attempts will incur additional charges. Refunds are not available for missed deliveries.

Free Delivery Conditions
Free delivery applies only to the first attempted delivery. Any subsequent attempts will incur additional charges based on the selected delivery option. Free delivery is limited to Standard Delivery via Mauritius Post (unless otherwise stated) and typically takes 4-5 business days. Customers requiring expedited shipping will need to cover the additional costs.

International Delivery
International delivery costs are based on weight and destination. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and delivery will proceed only after full payment (including delivery fees) is received. Ohora.mu reserves the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud. Refunds for card payments will incur administrative fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import fees imposed by the recipient’s country. International deliveries generally take 7-10 working days.

Liability Limitations
Once a delivery is made and signed for, Ohora.mu is not liable for any damages, shortages, or discrepancies in the product ordered.

Out of Stock Notifications
If a product is out of stock, Ohora.mu will notify you via email and suggest an alternative. If the alternative does not meet your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.

Lost/Stolen Package After Delivery
Please note that we have no responsibility for the shipment that has already been delivered to the recipient’s address. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment for any products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.

Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours at cs@ohora.mu.
