9. Delivery Policy Delivery is available within the Republic of Mauritius, excluding Rodrigues and outer islands.

• Standard Delivery: Typically 4-5 business days via Mauritius Post. A card may be left if no one is available to receive the package.
• Express Delivery: Typically 2 business days. The driver will contact you before delivery.

You must present a valid ID upon delivery. If no one is present, the package may be returned to the warehouse, and rescheduling will incur an additional charge. Free delivery applies only to the first attempted delivery.

10. Cancellation Policy Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at cs@ohora.mu. Cancellations after payment confirmation will incur a 5% admin fee.
